Zion Tabernacle The House of Prayer
The Youth and Young Adult Ministry is designed to cater to and meet the needs of the youth and young adults in the church. This ministry encourages, strengthens, creates programs and plans activities to keep the youth and young adult active. This ministry covers a host of other ministries that are all under the umbrella of training up and empowering the youth and young adults.
Sweet Heart for Christ
The Sweet hearts for Christ is a young women’s ministry tailor made for young ladies 12-17 years old. This ministry was formed to go and empower and encourage as many young women apart of the local church and the community. In this ministry young women will learn and accomplish a high standard of Christian and Holy living. Young women are partnered with “Big Sisters” to help hem dress, walk and conduct themselves as Christian young ladies.
Youth Prayer Posse
The Youth Prayer Posse was created by the desire of youth who expressed a yearning to learn the purpose and importance of consistent prayer. The youth learn the power of prayer and illustrate that prayer is a universal gift from God.
The Ed Nation Jr.
Scholarship
The Ed Nation Jr. Scholarship ministry is in place to enrich, empower and encourage our youth and young adults through continuing to further their education. This ministry is in place to provide academic incentive awards, homework club, college planning, workshops, assistance with locating and applying for other scholarships, grants and financial aid along with the Ed Nation Jr Memorial Scholarship, quarterly care packages to previous scholarship recipients and much more.
